Exchange & Return Policy

Our valued customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The item to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, suitable for resale, with its original packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

• Perfumes must be returned unopened and unused, with the packaging intact and undamaged.

• Oud oil, Maamoul, incense (Bukhoor), and their derivatives are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• The customer is responsible for all return, shipping, delivery, and any other costs associated with returning the product to the company.

• In the event of a return, the value of the purchased item will be refunded using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
